- Sponsor This sweepstakes (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by SCV Secret Sauce ("Sponsor," "we," "us"). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Beehiiv, Instagram, Meta, or Slice House.
- Eligibility Open only to individuals who are: Active email subscribers to the SCV Secret Sauce newsletter as of 11:59 PM PT on July 15, 2026 ("Entry Cutoff"); 18 years of age or older; Residents of a Santa Clarita Valley (SCV) zip code at the time of entry (see eligible zip code list, Section 9); Not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of SCV Secret Sauce or Slice House.Void where prohibited by law.
- Entry Period The entry period runs from the date this Giveaway is announced in the SCV Secret Sauce newsletter through the Entry Cutoff above. No entry actions are required — see Section 4.
- How to Enter All individuals who meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2 are automatically entered — no purchase, sign-up step, form, reply, or additional action is required beyond being an active newsletter subscriber as of the Entry Cutoff. Subscribing after the Entry Cutoff does not make a person eligible for this Giveaway. Unsubscribing after the Entry Cutoff does not disqualify an entry already locked in. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, regardless of multiple email addresses or accounts.
- Prize One (1) winner will receive a family-style pizza meal from Slice House, hand-selected and personally hand-delivered by the SCV Secret Sauce team, with an approximate retail value of $50–$100 USD. Delivery is scheduled for Friday, July 31, 2026, to an address within an eligible SCV zip code. No cash or other substitute will be offered, except at Sponsor's sole discretion if substitution becomes necessary.
- Winner Selection & Notification On or shortly after the Entry Cutoff, all eligible entrants will be assigned sequential entry numbers based on the frozen subscriber list. One winning number will be selected using a true random number generator at random.org, with the draw timestamped and recorded by Sponsor for verification purposes. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their subscription within 5 business days of the draw. The winner must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance and provide a valid residential street address within an eligible SCV zip code for delivery (no PO Boxes), and disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner by the same method.
- Allergy & Dietary Disclosure As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must disclose any known food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to delivery. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed restrictions but cannot guarantee an allergen-free product, as Slice House is a shared kitchen facility. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges this risk and accepts the prize as-is.
- Release & Liability By accepting the prize, the winner releases and holds harmless SCV Secret Sauce, its operator, and Slice House from any and all liability, claims, injury, illness, or damages arising from participation in this Giveaway, or from the preparation, transport, delivery, or consumption of the prize — including but not limited to food safety incidents, allergic reactions not disclosed in advance under Section 7, and any incident occurring during personal hand-delivery to the winner's address.
- Eligible SCV Zip Codes Entrants must reside at a valid residential street address within one of the following zip codes to be eligible. PO Boxes are not eligible delivery addresses: 91321 · 91350 · 91351 · 91354 · 91355 · 91381 · 91383 · 91384 · 91387 · 91390
- General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this Giveaway are final.
- Privacy Entrant information is used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties. See SCV Secret Sauce's standard newsletter privacy practices for details on subscriber data handling.
- Winner's List The first name and general SCV neighborhood (e.g., "Sarah, Valencia") of the winner may be announced in the SCV Secret Sauce newsletter and associated social channels, with the winner's consent obtained at the time of notification.
